St. Michael the Archangel Parish is a gathering of Catholics located in Overlea, in northeast Baltimore County, MD. We invite you to worship with us if you are in the area. Weekend Mass Schedule Saturdays: 4:00 p.m. (Church) & 6:00 p.m. (Chapel) Sundays: 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., & 11:30 a.m. (Church) Misa en español / Mass in Spanish Daily Mass Schedule: Monday: 7:00 & 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 a.m.; Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 a.m.; Saturday: 8:30 a.m. Confessions: The Sacrament of Reconciliation is celebrated on Saturdays from 3:15-3:45 pm in church as well as by appointment. Additional opportunities are scheduled during the seasons of Advent and Lent. Baptisms: The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated on the first and third Sundays of the month at 1:00 p.m. (except during Lent) as well as within the celebration of Mass if requested. Baptisms are celebrated in Spanish on the fourth Sundays at 1:00 p.m. Parents and godparents must first attend a Pre-Baptismal Seminar. Contact the Parish Office at 410-665-1054. Matrimony: Couples planning to be married should contact a parish priest or deacon at least six months prior to the anticipated date of the wedding. Priority is given to currently registered, practicing members of St. Michael's. Do not set a date until after meeting with the priest of deacon. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament: On First Saturdays throughout the year, following the 8:30 a.m. Mass, the Blessed Sacrament is exposed and a holy hour is conducted. Also, during the Advent, Christmas, Lenten, and Easter seasons Eucharistic Devotions are held, including prayers suitable for the liturgical season.

Snow Closings / Inclement Weather Information We follow the direction of BALTIMORE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS (not the Hereford Zone). If school opening is delayed: The 7:00 a.m. weekday Masses are cancelled, but 9:00 a.m. Masses will go on as scheduled. The Parish Office will be open and evening activities will go on as scheduled. If schools are closed: Weekday morning masses are cancelled and all evening activities are cancelled. Call the Parish Office before visiting. If schools dismiss early: All evening actvities are cancelled and the Parish Office will be closed. On Weekends: Masses will go on as scheduled, unless the Archbishop of Baltimore grants a general dispensation from the Sunday obligation. Call the Parish Office before visiting to see if it is open. We encourage parishioners to exercise prudent judgment and not take unnecessary risks by driving on icy roadways.
What's New? Parish Survey Results - See the results of the Parish Survey conducted by the Parish Involvement Committee. The Committee, as well as the Pastoral Council, will be using the results in developing setting short- and long-term goals in our pastoral planning process to encourage our community to be a place of welcome with each member actively engaged in the Church's mission. Summary of Parish Input Sessions - This report summarizes comments made in the context of a number of small group input sessions sponsored by the Parish Involvement Committee. Like the parish survey, this data will inform the work of the Committee, as well as the Pastoral Council, in short- and long-term goal setting and pastoral planning.
